This interview was done on September 15 on one of my fellow classmates. It was a practice interview for our research project. I asked the interviewee questions regarding homelessness, music, crime and police, inequality, and poverty. The interviewee was very knowledgeable about these topics and had a lot to say when answering each open ended question. The interviewee was open to talking about each topic. The interview went very well. To improve my interview skills for next time, I will need to focus on probing at the end of each open ended question. I also need to work on slowing down when reading the questions out loud. Listening to the recording, I hear myself rushed the questions a little bit.
