I asked my interviewee if she thinks that streaming music is going to take over buying music. She explained to me that she does and she actually had heard that morning on a radio station that the radio personality was afraid that she and others in her industry are going to lose their jobs because of how popular streaming music has become. My interviewee admits that she does use the streaming service Spotify, but also buys CDs of her favorite artists. We agreed that artists shouldn't feel like they are losing so much money because there are still many fans who preorder albums, buy songs through iTunes, and go to their concerts.
