The topic for this in class interview was the recent election and the results being that Republicans have taken over Congress; what some call an elephant stampede. My interviewee thought that this will indeed have a big effect in the future, but didn't want to guess too much at what the future holds. He pointed out some differences between the Republican and Democratic parties to simply conclude that things will definitely begin to change.
