I'm sorry, you don't need the permission statement for the practice interviews done during class and posted to the blogsite.  You must have the permission statement as part of your survey interview, but that is already one of the questions, so it happens automaticall if you read and record the survey correctly.

Prof, 

In the syllabus it says you will get no credit for blog posts that do not contain the correct permission statement, and that it would be posted to blackboard announcements. However, the blog post permission statement has yet to be specified. Should it just be something like, (Name, date) and "This is a anonymous, but not confidential interview, do you agree to continue?"
